On the ground floor there is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

The flat has a new kitchen, a bright bathroom (bathtub + shower), a cosy living room with a double sofa bed (140cm) and a large terrace with access to the courtyard. Next to it there is a study and a bedroom with a large bed (200cm) decorated with stucco work.
