Peaceful and quiet house on the edge of woods but near town centre. Ideal for couples, small families and nature lovers. The house has 1 double bedroom and small sofa bed in lounge. There is a small fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. A terrace with seating and bbq is out back looking into an old sand quarry. The Bungalow is on same grounds. Bus, train, swimming pool, crazy golf, climbing, restaurants and shops under 10 mins by foot. University 30 mins by foot / 10 by bus.

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

It is located in a quiet location and offers plenty of space for travelers with its generous 160 m². The house is two stories, single and decorated in an atmospheric country house style. The location is ideal for hikes or excursions to Luxembourg, France, Saarland or Rhineland-Palatinate.
