Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saavedra

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Epic, little more to add. It's just like the description, 0 smoke, the truth is that if you're looking for something to enjoy with friends and family, this is the one.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Nice apartment in great area! I really love this part of BsAs! The apartment is a modern white box with nice decoration. I would recommend it for two people as max. It has own grill what we liked here. The building is also comfortable and warm - friendly reception, 2 elevator areas, etc. Here it is necessary to take into account that all the amenities are not just available - even gym - you need to prebook them. The swimming pool is not in use during winter season - it was +15 outside - but included into this quite high for BsAs price (our neighbours paid 2 times less for the same). And also the washing machines on the ground floor are not in a perfect condition - one of them killed my fav sport pants :( Mauricio was very friendly and reacted immediately as we had problems with sewerage or smth else. Thank you!

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

We really enjoyed our stay and Agustin couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was lovely and spread over three floors, which was very quirky.

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos... I had a great time, it is a cozy apartment, everything was very tidy and clean. The furniture is impeccable. The balcony is great and quite private. Barbara wrote to me several times to see if everything was okay. The experience was very good. I recommend it! Thank you Barbi!

We had a great time, there were 4 of us, and the 2 bathrooms fix the stay. The cleanliness very well and it is very close to my sister's house which was what we were looking for.

A very nice and comfortable apartment, with a stunning view of the area. Macarena was a lovely, very accommodating and helpful host.

We liked the apartment very much, it is very comfortable, warm, cozy, spacious, and has a lot of light. But the main disadvantage is the railway right under the windows and the trains that run both day and night, so if you don't mind this rumble of trains both day and night - I think you will be satisfied with the apartment. Excellent apartment for couples. near the subway station and Jumbo supermarket, where there is a Western Union agency. Flor was very helpful and quick. very nice !

Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

We found the entrance to the building and the apartment quite practical. During the stay we felt very comfortable! The apartment is in good condition and its location is nice. It has easy access to tourist spots.
