Holiday rentals with a sauna in Saavedra

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

The apartment area is beautiful, highly recommended to enjoy. Apartment with easy access, with a human goal always. Ideal for a couple. It has all the details !!! you can see that it is from someone who knows the needs when traveling. it has all the basic things not to have to go shopping, cleaning supplies, sugar, coffee, tea, soap, lots of toilet paper. Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

I felt right at home. Good place to relax at the roof top pool and catch some sun. Ate delicious food at the several restaurants within walking distance. Quiet location. Would stay here again.

The apartment is cozy and tidy. The location is great, it is possible to do a lot of things walking. On the same street there are two cafés that open from 08am and they are great! Josefina was always attentive to communicate, an optimal host. Quick check-in, no sleeping noises.

The space is exactly as described, equipped, in a very good and safe location. It has a very comfortable bed, a safe for documents, and several markets nearby for buying groceries. We very much like it and recommend the location.

It was my first time in Buenos Aires and I loved it! Besides falling in love with the city, I fell in love with the stay. Marcela is super helpful, gave tips on restaurants, shopping, she is always very polite and proactive. The apartment is identical to the ad, close to everything, I loved it and I will definitely return.

We really enjoyed the location and safety of the Condo. Calu was very friendly and helpful to offer suggestions and being available to anything I needed. I would recommend this Airbnb for anybody who is looking in that area.

The stay was great and the place was just like the pictures. Super usable the apartment with the grillboard ! We just didn't have wifi throughout the stay and it couldn't be fixed because it was holiday days. Beyond these points we would go again!
