Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sabah

The room is nice. The location is okay. It is 6.7 minutes by taxi to Haifeng Pier. It may take 20 minutes to walk. There is a restaurant nearby. The host is very nice. The message is still very detailed. There is also breakfast, and the value for money is still okay.

It's a good location to stay. Near to Likas Stadium. The rooms are clean. Kah Li provided breakfast meals which is great. Her family helps with the hosting and very accomodating.

The host was super nice The house was very chill to sit downstairs when it was a comfortable boring stay and a lot of cats!Worth an experience

It was a very nice experience to spend a week with your kind family in Long Pasia. We made very nice excursions (hikes, cooking, rafting), which we will always remember. It is very nice how warm, nice and friendly the whole family and the people in the whole village are. We will miss that. We hope we can meet you again soon!

Nice place

Very nice place. The room is basic, small, and very cosy. Nature lovers will absolutely adore it as the surroundings are filled with flowers and other plants. There's free breakfast and the place has a restaurant for dinners. The staff was very helpful. It's also walkable distance to Kinabalu Park. One downside is that the steps above the room are pretty loud but there's peace and silence at night night.

Place was nice. Staff went above & beyond from front desk to the nice breakfast spot in the lobby. It’s a little away from the busy areas but we knew & wanted that after many stays at noisy hotels on our travels. Would defn recommend.

The landlord and the staff at the reception desk on the first floor were friendly, the room was clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to stay. During my stay, I lost my phone in the first floor restaurant. I had already gone out to sea, and there was no way to go back and find my phone in time, so I contacted the landlord using my friend's phone. The landlord responded promptly and quickly found my phone. I came back in the evening and got my phone back. Next time I come to travel, I will choose this place.❤️

I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. The design of the space is impressive—thoughtfully put together and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a vibrant neighborhood and a well-designed place to relax!

The owner and staff are very good

nor and reed are super great hosts and they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. i would definitelly come back because of the island and because of them .. reed is a great cook and nor is just wonderfull to be around her. amazing place and amazing people .. real island experience snorkeling with al and reed. also the entire house, not only the bedroom and bathroom, is very clean. i felt like home, thanks guys! it was also nice to spend some time with both tiger the cat and gigi the dog, they keep great company :)

Good hosts in China must describe Judy.Every morning, we were prepared for breakfast and drove us to the pier for a boat to go out to sea, and we had a very unforgettable New Year's Eve. PS: The dog maggie at home is also very cute.

Very spacious and large room with a great host. Pick up and drop off in town. Breakfast is provided.

At first, I was afraid of being unfamiliar with the place, but I didn't expect the landlord to be really super helpful, helping me move my luggage, helping me book a car ticket to the airport, the room is fully equipped, I'll come again next time, Dongdong.

From the moment we made our booking, we knew we’d be well cared for on the island of Mabul, world renowned for exceptional snorkelling & diving. Reed and Nor were friendly, great communicators, the very best hosts & fabulous cooks &, along with Al, guided us to some incredible snorkel spots. We booked for 3 nights and wished we’d stayed longer! We even slept out on the spacious deck for a couple of nights… a very special experience! Don’t hesitate to ask them anything - they are so accommodating and genuinely want you to love Mabul as much as they do! They made getting to/from Mabul so smooth… I highly recommend you have them meet you at the jetty (Semporna) & whisk you off to Mabul in their own boat.

sister Judy is a very cool lady. The homestay environment is very good and comfortable. Thank you again for your hospitality in Semporna. I also asked us to eat delicious soup noodles, fried pink, and delicious mango juice [fangs] and said to my pedestrian host at your house. Thank you for being a hard driver for the past two days, and picked us up at the diving shop and picked us up at the diving shop. [Teeth] Tell him to continue. She went to Cool to the end.
