We loved our stay with Kay and Kent! Can’t recommend this place enough it was clean, super central, air conditioned, and everything we could have needed it to be and Kay and Kent were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our whole trip!

Very satisfied one time stay experience, communication was smooth, the host would personally take us up and tell us some things to pay attention to, the whole house was clean and tidy, it was a few minutes walk around to the food street and the pier, and the transportation was quite convenient.Also thoughtful to ask about the flight time the day before check out and said it could be postponed until the afternoon of check out.Sadly my plane was in the morning.Highly recommended for everyone!

The room is clean,tidy and comfortable. There are restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor. The big shopping mall Imago is just 5 minutes by walk. It is good for shopping and dinning. Noel is very nice and reply in a short moment. We enjoyed staying at her room and have a pleasant trip in Sabah.

Easily one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. The apartment was beautiful, with a stunning sea view where you can catch the sunset every evening. It was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The instant water heater worked perfectly, which was a great plus. The location was incredibly convenient, with convenience stores and a laundromat just downstairs — making everything even better. Kevin and Shirley were wonderful hosts: super friendly, responsive, and welcoming. Overall, a perfect 10/10 stay. We would definitely love to book with them again. Thanks to a very active host, I was able to play comfortably with my children. I had to throw it away because the carrier was broken, but I was touched because Kokkak was okay. I had a good time.

The accommodation is close to every attraction by foot, such as Jesselton point, seafood market, handy craft market. in the facility, there are towels, and kitchen with a simple cooking ware, refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. and we really appreciate that there is a washing machine with detergent. Mr Almend is really friendly person, introducing local recommendations, and he organised the local tour. we joined in river close. he drove us to the ferry. we saw monkeys, sunset, and fire flies. we really enjoy staying at his accommodation. thank youm

The house is located near the Abbey Vegetable Market, you can buy your own lunch at the back of the market and process it at the processing point on the second floor of the market, you can go to the night market for dinner, it is relatively close to the durian stall under the Tianqiao and the night market on Jia Ya Street, you can walk to it
