In addition to the main house, with a wood-burning fireplace, there is also an independent gourmet space with a gas stove, freezer, cooler, wood-burning oven, island, barbecue, sink, shower and swimming pool with waterfall. It is 35 km from Belo Horizonte and 1 km from the village of Casa Branca (small shops). A great reference point for trips to waterfalls, to the Inhotim Institute (20 km) or even a round trip to the historic city of Ouro Preto (65 km).

"Far and close to everything" because we are in the mountains and close to supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, residential condominiums. There are 3 en-suites, two of which are double, an open kitchen, mezzanine, fireplace, deck with a hammock. Swimming pool, water reservoir, lots of nature, fresh air, pleasant climate and silence. The caretaker lives on the premises.
