Views of the lake from almost every room in the home. Please note the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is very narrow. Pets are allowed with a non refundable pet fee of 75. 00. Cheerful 1 bedroom cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located 12 miles from Toledo Bend Reservoir. The lake has an area of 185,000 acres and is known for its large mouth bass fishing. The cottage is on 42 acres and there is plenty of space for your bass boat .Recently we added rv electric and water hook up. We also have a historic building on-site that was once a drug store and is now being used to make outdoor pillows, aprons, and more.
