Only a short drive to Toledo Town, Cypress Bend Golf Resort, Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park and several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This cozy Fishing Haven has access to a neighborhood boat ramp and beautiful United Bay. Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

This place was phenomenal. The house is beautiful, with plenty of space to spread out. Being at the back of a small cove, there was no through boat traffic. This led to very peaceful mornings and evenings down at the wharf. The large yard and downstairs game room give ample space for kids to run and play with endless fun for all ages. If you bring your own boat, being able to keep it in the water tied to the wharf saves a lot of time instead of having to launch every time you want to go fish. No boat? Fish from the wharf. I would recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to go back. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and very friendly.
