Pleasant quiet stay, in a privileged setting, a park beautifully valued by Sébastien, a garden enthusiast. Accommodation in line with the photos, I particularly enjoyed the spacious veranda that gives the feeling of being in the middle of the trees. The wellness area is a plus for a good moment of relaxation.

Madam was very kind and very welcoming with us despite the fact that she lives on site we did not at all feel like we were under surveillance on the contrary we had a superb New Year's Eve within the cottage which moreover is extremely nice place very clean and well equipped nothing to say we will be back with great pleasure!

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

We spent 4 nights at 8 (4 adults and 4 children). The house is secluded in the middle of the fields, the children were able to make noise without disturbing anyone😉. Bungalow, convenient. Welcome booklet provided. Yes, a train line passes right next door but didn't bother us. The pool/spa area and the games room made everyone happy. Also bcp of board games available. Housing that respects the description in its juice but very functional and close to Sablé sur Sarthe where there is everything you need (Leclerc, action, intersport, great children's play area with water path, canoe rental, etc.)

We spent a family weekend in this very pleasant farmhouse, decorated with a lot of taste and care. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The environment is vast and very peaceful. A corner is provided for each family member. The house is really very well-equipped. We didn't miss anything! Long weekend in May, 3 families with young children. Fabrice and Gaëlle were perfect! Great communication upstream, very responsive and pleasant. It is their primary residence in the original spirit of Airbnb, all belongings, toys, games are made available. The 6 cats are adorable, the garden and all the children's games as well as the plancha and the ball court make it a great place for a relaxing time.
