The house is located in a park of extreme beauty, with magnificent trees, thousands of flowers, hundreds of birds and a group of ducks. All complemented by a very beautiful and large heated swimming pool. The house is well decorated, very well equipped. The vegetation, very dense in front of the house, completely isolates it from the rest of the property; the privacy is total, and makes this place a true haven of peace. The owners are lovely, both discreet and caring. There are many and varied shops just over 5 minutes away by car. Thank you to Christophe and Sébastien for their warm welcome!

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend this accommodation located in a very beautiful environment and in harmony with nature that invites you to disconnect completely. The amenities are incredible, especially the pool, which is really the highlight. Déborah and Paul are extremely welcoming and warm. Thanks again.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

The accommodation meets expectations, it is very good. It is particularly well equipped for activities (between the babi, the billiards, the swimming pool, the petanque, the tennis court, etc.).

A place full of charm, surrounded by greenery and centuries-old trees. The views are beautiful and the environment peaceful. Special mention for the welcome: warm, discreet and very kind. Thank you Pascal for your welcome and all your attentions, the cake, the little surprises... we were really touched. I highly recommend this place and will return without hesitation!

The only small downside is the road not far from the house that disturbs the peace a little. Beautiful old house in the pretty countryside of Perche.

It's nice to live in this warm house, the place is bucolic at will The little ones ( who are not forgotten) and the grown-ups were delighted.

We had a great weekend at Sylvie and Antoine's place. Beautifully furnished accommodation, very clean, we lacked nothing. We enjoyed a very nice terrace and a beautiful garden, also walks around the accommodation. Great location for visiting the area. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Very short stay, nevertheless very good welcome in this charming accommodation tastefully renovated combining the old and the modern with a lot of harmony. Very clean, no complaints. Our hosts were there to welcome us and for our departure, very pleasant.

Came with 7 friends to play golf, this accommodation delighted us with its quality, cleanliness and in a beautiful setting. Beautiful petanque games, quiet moments under the trees, everything is perfect and the quality of the house is to be noted (very good bedding, very clean bathrooms...) Very simple and fluid to communicate with Estelle, a real pleasure I recommend it and will come back, that's for sure!

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

Long, quiet weekend in the countryside. Very quiet. Pleasant house inside and out. Perfect for a weekend with friends.

The stay was terrific. With a family of 5 people, it was great. Very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms. In addition, very large garden to sit wonderfully private and charging our electric car is certainly a plus. We'd love to come back again.

Perfect house for a weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris. The house is neat and warm and the garden perfect for children. Lots of activities in the area on the good advice of Marion! We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Easy to find and easy to access cottage, close to the city center. Very quiet. Valerie is a very welcoming host with small intentions. She is very available on the phone. I would come back on my next visit to Nogent le Rotrou.

We had a lovely weekend with friends at Gerard's place. The house is perfect for enjoying the quietness of the countryside. The large grounds are a plus with the kids. We enjoyed the toys and activities available to the little ones.

We didn't have the chance to meet Jocelyne and her husband but their friend who welcomed us was lovely. The property is beautiful, we were able to dine outside and enjoyed the coolness in the house. Jocelyne regularly checked in with us. We are delighted with our stay in the Perche, which is a beautiful region. The new restaurant in Réveillon (Sauge) is worth discovering, especially the bistro formula at noon.

a peaceful haven an hour from Paris I was there for a weekend with my children, who had a wonderful time thank you to Célestin for his responsiveness, advice and availability I highly recommend it to families looking for a moment of relaxation in the woods :)

We had a great cousin reunion at Estelle's. Despite the proximity of the road, the place is very quiet. The decor is great. The small inner courtyard is perfect for dinner or an aperitif in the evening. It's a very friendly place where we felt at home. We had a very good contact with Estelle, Elodie and Sandrine. We would recommend it without a problem.

Weekend with friends who went wonderfully well at La Branchardière. Very well equipped, pleasant house and above all there is everything the children need! Thanks to Anne-Sophie and Liliane for their reactivities so that all the conditions are met so that we have a great weekend .
