During the winter, I took advantage of the covered Sierra with a white blanket of snow and in the summer enjoy the landscapes to lose sight, the crystal-clear river beaches and gastronomy. This whole floor has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single-beds, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and heated toilet. It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Pula Xitaca

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
