This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

I stayed at Hovk Farms for a night and it was honestly magical. The house is perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests—absolutely perfect for a peaceful escape into nature. The place itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the glass-ceiling bedroom where I could lie in bed and stargaze. The hot tub and sauna were great touches, and having a fireplace in the evening made everything feel even more special. The house has all the amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and everything set up for a perfect BBQ—grill, tools, firewood, and a great outdoor seating area. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway with jaw-dropping scenery, I highly recommend Hovk Farms. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
