広い人工芝の庭で様々なスポーツを楽しむことができて、非常に良い滞在をすることができました。

新しくオープンしたばかりということもあり、すごく綺麗で素敵なお家でした。お家の設計、家具や電化製品など、１つ１つにこだわりを感じ、使い勝手が良かったです。プールサイドにテーブルがあり、みんなで集まりながらご飯を食べることができる点がすごく良かったです。また、ホストの方の返信も早くて親切で、助かります。アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトは料金がかかりますが、柔軟にご対応くださいました。この度の滞在は素晴らしい経験となりました。ありがとうございました。

スポーツの大会で利用しました。あいにくの雨でしたが、ユーモア溢れるイラストを楽しんでゆっくり休めました。周辺は自然に囲まれており、晴れた日にまた泊まりたいです。

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Chika was great, puts great effort into the air bnb and really wants you to enjoy your time here. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others and would come back here any time!

Beautiful apartment that makes you feel at home. Everything you need for either a long or short stay. This was the second time we have stayed here and will always come again. Friendly and attentive host, spotlessly clean, easy to find and a short walk to the station. Highly recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed the long stay. The house is quite spacious for Japan standards, everything worked, everything spotlessly clean. Yukio was a wonderful host, always available to assist. He picked us up by his car from the local train station (Tsurukawa, not Machida) well after midnight, our flight having landed with 5 hour delay. He also found us bicycles to rent. The language gap was bridged through computer translation. The area is purely residential and a bit upscale. Not much to do around, but we had explicitly wanted something like that in order to see how people really live here. Bus service is infrequent in evenings and weekends. Taxi from Tsurukawa station costs around 20 USD. Only two remarks: (1) The (main) double bed stands on very thin and shaky (homemade?) legs. We later slept in the room with the tatami mat and it was ok. Tip: Stack 2 brown mattresses on top each other and use the soft paddings. (2) Only 1 kitchen knife, rusty (but very sharp). Overall great stay!

Our family loved the location, privacy, and especially the Floor 5 Spa and Sauna. Proximity to shops, French bakery, and markets, were fantastic. We highly recommend this rental to others.

Clean and comfortable house. Has everything you need. Spacious. As in the fotos. Very happy.

家族三人（シニア夫婦・デザイン会社勤務の長女）で過ごしたが、日常とは異なるロケーション、空間の中で、心身ともにリフレッシュ。 初日・2日目途中までは、雨天であったが、好転しオプションのBBQグリルをも利用でき、肉・野菜・シーフード・フルーツを堪能。伊東の海岸をのぞむことができる景観は、最高だった。日曜日の朝、そよ風が心地よくまさに、「森林浴」を、見晴らしのよかったこの大磯で体感できた。 　室内は、ところどころデザインに気遣った点があった。「見える必要のない」スイッチや扉・冊子の開閉口、カーテン、ロールスクリーン、照明器具などなど。機能面と死角を活用した工夫がなされており、居心地の良さを引き立てるものだった。昨秋、家内と南欧を訪れエアビーを転々としたが、トイレ・バス・水回りなどよかったポイントをこちらでも垣間見ることができ、何か懐かしい場面にも遭遇した。 備品類は、文句なし。蚊取り線香には助かった。雨が上がり、BQQ後にひっそりと花火大会も、しっとりとした中で実現。 勿論、異なるシーズンでリピートしたいと感じた。冬に薪ストーブとサウナ利用もよいだろう。 同時に、色々なエアビーをこれからも利用したい想いが増した。その場所に適した空間と時間を提供してもらえることに感謝したい。　お世話になりました！

A comfortable, cozy and private Japanese home tucked away in a quiet small street in a lovely area. Fans of Studio Ghibli will love the small figures you can find around the house. The host and co-hosts were very punctual with responses and I had no issues staying here. Amenities were easy to use. I had the pleasure of meeting the host, Kato in person. He spoke great English, was friendly and I was able to ask some additional questions about the stay. There is a family mart convenience store only a few minutes away from the home and is near the allocated guest parking, which is easy to find. I find myself looking forward to another stay here in the future!

This was a last minute decision for us to stay here, so glad we did! The 2 hour commute to the airport the next day was worth it! So clean. Very peaceful. The sauna with the cold pool right next to it was perfect. And having our own private onsen was awesome! The house was really clean and looked recently redone and new inside. Loved it. Wish I lived here!

Wir waren 2 Tage in der Unterkunft von Tomoko und fanden es super. Es ist ruhig, man hat einen super Ausblick auf den See und mit ein bisschen Glück auch auf den Mt Fuji. Wir haben auch die Fahrräder genutzt um zu den nächsten Vendingmaschines zu kommen. Jederzeit wieder!
