Central and peaceful location. Spacious apartment on the 5th floor with sunny balcony. The tram stop is the 1st min walk from the apartment, which uses 12 min to Oslo s. Public transport to all of Oslo just nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants in the same street and around areas. Purchasing of brand new continental bed that will be replaced with the one in bedroom picture, the new bed comes in the apartment as of 29.04.25 (see photo in gallery) Possible with accommodation on the sofa bed in the living room.

If you want a nice, clean place to stay with a magnificent view, this is the place for you. My flat has a commanding view of the entire city, while being in a charming neighbourhood where you can sleep without worrying about unwanted noise. In the summer, the sun shines on the terrace all day, with a sunset around nine in the evening. The flat has a car park in the basement, with an elevator that takes you down. If you don't have a car, buses to the city centre leave approx. every 5 minutes

Fin og sentral leilighet mellom Grunerløkka og Torshov. Leiligheten ligger et steinkast fra Akerselva, med et par minutters gange til Grunerløkka og rundt 20 minutters gåtur til sentrum. Kjøkkenet er velutstyrt, og i stua er det en TV med Chromecast. Senga er 1.60 cm. bred, så det er god plass til to. Jeg har også en oppblåsbar madrass, så hvis dere vil være tre, kan en bruke den eller sove på sofaen. Det er ikke tillatt med fest i blokken, og det må være stille etter klokken 23.
