Perfect and small one-bedroom apartment with a larger west-facing balcony. The apartment is centrally located in Oslo, in Bjølsen with nice green areas by Akerselva. It is only 150 meters to the bus stop with 2 buses that go to the city center or to the outdoor area and it is about 7 min walk to Nydalen with restaurants, shops and subway. There are several grocery stores in the neighborhood. The bed is 150 cm wide. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

With the city tram, it takes about 10 minutes to Grünerløkka. In the immediate area there is a good selection of local pubs, cinema (Odeon), shops, restaurants, etc. Storo shopping center is about 5 min. from the apartment, and has a large selection of shops. The apartment is facing the backyard and is well shielded from noise from the street, etc.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.
