Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a fourth bed (queen) in the finished basement for larger parties. The following is the bedroom setup: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Basement (finished) - Queen bed. Property is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Recently had a cleanliness issue. New cleaning company hired plus, decided to add some carpeting and touchup painting.

Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
