Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Spanning 300 sq.m, our villa rests on the edge of the Tserovani village, adjacent to the captivating forest near Mtskheta. Just a 15-minute drive from Tbilisi Mall, it offers tranquility in a secluded location. With a maximum capacity of 20 guests, there are three private bedrooms and an open bedroom, comfortably accommodating 10+2 overnight guests. You're welcome to enjoy small gatherings and music with the provided speakers.

First of all I want to introduce myself, I am Keti - an artist and I offer you to spend amazing Georgian days in my apartment that I have made all by myself and with all my heart. I am a set and an interior designer and since I didn’t want to make a standard renovation, it doesn’t look like a hotel accommodation. In this place I tried to make an enchanting synthesis of a set and an interior.

სახლი მდებარეობს ქ.მცხეთის ცენტრალურ ისტორიულ უბანში. სახლი დან იშლება ულამაზესი ხედი ბაღზე და ქალაქის პეიზაჟებზე. სახლს აქვს მყუდრო იზოლირებული მცირე ზომის ეზო. სახლთან ახლოს არის ქალაქის გამორჩეული რესტორნები. სახლიდან 20 მეტრშია მაღაზია. მაისის თვე ჩვენს ეზოში განსაკუთრებულია, რადგან ამ დროს მრავალი ვარდი ყვავის ჩვენს ეზოში და განსაკუთრებულ გარემო იქმნება.
