Apartment holiday rentals in Saigon River

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and would love to come back. Truly a 5-star stay in every way! Thanks Regards

Truly a home away from home. I confess, my initial arrival left me a little disappointed. Being so close to the local market, I worried about noise disrupting my rest. But oh, how wrong I was! The room and the entire establishment were absolutely superb. Its proximity to District 1's tourist spots is fantastic; you can even walk to many of them. There's so much to see and do, you'll be exhausted in the best way possible! The team, especially Dan and Duong, truly looked after me. They were incredibly reliable and always quick to assist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. When my travels bring me back to Saigon, I already know exactly where I'm going.

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Great location, right in the center of everything. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a Grab ride away, which made getting around super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect base for our stay. Comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

The house is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to everywhere. Room is clean and neat. Will come back again.

Great location, nice view from both window and terrace, access to everything around, but what made it even better is Lam’s amazing hospitality, superb understanding, clear communication and positive attitude.

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Squirrel Village provided an accommodation that was exactly as advertised! The host met me late at night upon a late arrival flight and helped with my luggage. My laundry was complete promptly upon request through the Airbnb app, and I was even able to borrow a motorbike helmet when my friend forgot to bring one for me! Great location - walking distance to most top attractions in Sai Gon. Host was able to give advice for booking tours like Mekong Delta or Cu Chi Tunnels. 100% recommended this accommodation!

My son and I stayed at Sophia’s house for our first stop in Vietnam and it was a home away from home. The views were amazing and the location was as perfect as you can find. Sophia is an awesome host and will take care of you like family! Thanks for making our vacation amazing!

Alex’s place is nice and is walkable to a lot of places, the pizza place downstairs is great as well.
