We felt very welcome in Mariam's home. She made us feel at home. The cats are funny, shy and curious and if you love curious cats around you, this is your kind of place. We didn't have enough time to get closer with the dogs but let's see next time. The residential neighbourhood is relaxed and much quieter then downtown. Going around with Grab is quick and easy and cost about 6000-7000 Riel to/from the city center. Thanks for having us in your home!

This was my second stay. There is reason for staying again. Specially, I like the nice view.

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt bei June und ihrer Familie. Das Frühstück ist richtig gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Die Betten waren auch sehr gemütlich. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war dass es viele Moskitos im Zimmer gab. Hier wären vielleicht Moskitonetze ganz gut. Auch der Wasserdruck in der Dusche koennte stärker sein. Sonst war alles super. June hat uns super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. Wir wuerden definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Thinh is so nice and kind. He was willing to let me check in early when I arrived this morning. He also helped me rent a motorbike. The room is worth it for a solo traveler or a couple. Everything is good except the bathroom lacks towel rails and a place to hang clothes. I told him about that, and he said he would fix the issue.

This is a really special place and I'm so glad I stayed here around Christmas time. June and her family are very kind and helpful. The SNUG room is clean, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. plus they provide a delicious breakfast every morning that was fresh and delightful. The location is really good too-- peaceful, and walkable in a safe charming neighborhood. You will enjoy it here!

We had a wonderful stay! It matched the description perfectly. Everything was squeaky clean and the kitchenette was really well equipped. It is quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants in D2. Highly recommend😊👌🏼

After looking at hotel options in the area, with multiple name changes and scam looking reviews, we decided to check out air bnb. This home was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, clean and comfortable, exactly as listed / pictured. Check in was easy with instructions and lock box. We loved the location and frequently got water and drinks from the lady downstairs. Place was exactly what we needed for our time in Phnon Penh. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and museums and we were only a short ride away from everything else.

My stay at this Airbnb was overall a lovely and homey experience! I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere and felt right at home. It was a great base for exploring the area. One small hiccup I encountered was with the shower. While I could control the water pressure, the hot water was a bit temperamental and wasn't working as expected. Thankfully, my hosts were very accommodating, and I was able to use the shower in another room which was a workable solution. The room itself was comfortable, and with a little bit of sprucing up and a good deep clean, it could be truly fantastic! I noticed a few areas that could benefit from a little extra attention. Despite these minor issues, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The warmth of the home and the helpfulness of my hosts made it a positive experience overall. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, nach nur 1 bis 2 Minuten hat man viele lokale Geschäfte zu Fuß erreicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Minh Thanh war ein sehr geduldiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Für mich persönlich bisher die beste Unterkunft in Ho Chi Minh
