Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), as well as a bathroom/toilet. Free parking on site, garden view, swimming pool and on clear days the Pyrenees mountain range. The accommodation at the gates of Gers is close to J. Curie, the expressway leading to Colomiers and the Airbus factories, and Toulouse.

The gite forms part of the larger farm house with fully independent entry, garden, terrace and parking. The gite offers beautiful views over arable farm land and mountains in the distance. Down stairs a fully fitted kitchen incl. washing machine & dishwasher, a living room with fire place, UK satellite TV & WIFI connection.

Welcome to the South West, on the outskirts of Toulouse (20/25 minutes) and on the edge of the Gers department. In a small quiet village equipped with sports facilities (city stadium, children's park 50 m from the house and petanque courts) 2 km from the village of Saint Lys and its shops… market on certain days of the week, bakeries, pharmacies...) Come and enjoy the summer by the pool In July/August the house is rented by week and rather from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you

Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.
