Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

It is located 8 km from the medieval site of Guédelon. 6 km to St Sauveur en Puisaye where the Colette House and Museum is located. 15 km from Saint-Fargeau, its castle and show, and the Bourdon reservoir for swimming. 12 km from St Amand and its pottery. Sofa bed in the main room, suitable for children. We do not wish to receive smokers and pets.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet as well as a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy. A private space for you to park in.

Possibility of visits to Puisaye (Guédelon, Moulin Blot, Saint Amand en Puisaye, Château de Ratilly...) and the surrounding area (Clamecy, La Charité sur Loire, Cosne sur Loire, Donzy...). Easy access and lots of hikes possible from the house. Friendly welcome but not intrusive. Small peaceful oasis for a stopover or a short stay.
