This pretty barn is very well located. 10 minutes from the A1/A2 highway. 1.5 hours from Paris and 1 hour from Lille. Located in the middle of the 1914-18 war commemorations between Péronne and Albert. Also very close to the very famous fishing pond in the area. A lot of potential in this house and everything around it. You can meet there with friends and family and also with colleagues.

Un chalet design posé au cœur d'une forêt privée de 22 hectares, sur le domaine d'un château de 1820. Ici, pas de voisins ni de route : des arbres à perte de vue, le silence, et une terrasse de 160 m² pour en profiter du matin au soir. A 15 minutes d'Arras, à 1h de Lille ou de la Côte d'Opale. This house consists of a bedroom with dressing room and flat screen, a living room with sofa bed, a fitted kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linens are available. It is located 5 minutes from the Clay's Shooting Ball Trap. Arras-Cambrai axis, with the Marquion motorway 5 minutes away (A1 and A26). Close to Douai, Bapaume, and Péronne.

Dans une grange réhabilité, le logement est un duplex neuf entièrement équipé; du sèche cheveux au lave vaisselle. Pour votre confort, le linge est fourni ainsi que l'essentiel à une première nuit: dosettes café, sucre, pastille lave vaisselle... L'ensemble du bâtiment est couvert par un wifi gratuit. Machine à laver et sèche linge sont à votre disposition dans le local technique. L'accès à la borne de recharge doit faire l'objet d'un accord préalable.

apartment located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the enclosed courtyard, new apartment, spacious single-story. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.
