Beautiful fisherman's house overlooking the Yonne, completely renovated in May 2023. The house is very quiet (accessed by a cul-de-sac along the river) 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two juxtaposed single beds) and a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Possibility of remote work (fiber optic Wi-Fi) Large terrace overlooking the Yonne, ideal for outdoor dining. Access is via an external staircase.
