Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-André-lez-Lille

Heel schoon, comfortabel huisje in bosrijke omgeving. Vriendelijke host. Goede communicatie - wij hadden een klein probleem met de douche en dat werd direct professioneel opgelost. Klein minpuntje: matras van het dubbel bed vrij hard. Niet iedereen vindt dit even aangenaam.

Le logement était très proposé, spacieux et totalement conforme aux descriptions et à nos attentes. Merci Marie pour tout et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre logement

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Lille! Very close to city center and many restaurants. Easy walk to metro to access other areas of Lille ! Especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the huge living space !

Wonderful place with great restaurants nearby & nice surroundings. Laundromat very close by, too, if needed. Pay careful attention to the parking instructions. We had a great stay & would love to return.

This place is just great for a visit to Lille! We were there with our family and had a great weekend! David is such a friendly and responsive host! Un endroit magnifique dans un cadre paisible pour se déconnecter. Nous avons adoré séjourner ici. La maison est entourée de nature et d’animaux, parfaite pour se reposer et oublier le quotidien. Tout était propre et bien entretenu. Les hôtes étaient toujours disponibles si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit, très attentionnés et gentils. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute, c’était un séjour parfait. Merci pour tout !

Wir haben mit vier Mädels und zwei Hunden einen Naturnähen Ort für die Erholung vom Alltag gesucht, in dem wir uns wie Zuhause fühlen können. Diese Unterkunft ist dafür perfekt! Das Haus selber ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber gewesen mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Pelletofen hat das Haus an den kühlen Tagen angenehm aufgeheizt. Die Hunde haben den komplett eingezäunten, blickdichten Garten genossen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Der See ist fußläufig zu erreichen und wir haben viele Wanderungen unternommen. Das Dorf selber ist eher ruhig und malerisch. Mathieu war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns (wir hatten eine Reifenpanne) einen tollen Kontakt vermittelt. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

A refaire Vraiment

Hôte très sympa, communication fluide et réactive, toutes les instructions étaient très claire, un plaisir ! L'appartement a du charme, ce n'est pas un de ces airbnb d'investisseurs meublé avec 3 couverts ikea, il est parfaitement placé, c'est impossible de faire plus central. Bref parfait pour une escapade Lilloise !

C est la seconde fois que nous venons dans l appartement se Tiphaine car nous avions découvert un logement très beau, spacieux et très agréable, trèsbien équipé et trèspropre. La déco est top et l emplacement idéal et calme pour visiter Lille et sa région. Une place de parking est un plus appréciable. Tiphaine est une hôte très réactive et son logement vous ravira.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter à pieds. Nombreux restos à proximité + parking. Proche métro. Anne très proactive et sympathique. Bonne bouteille de bière offerte à l'arrivée.

Fijne plek om te verblijven. Super vriendelijk ontvangst door Florian, waarbij hij gelijk alles liet zien. Een mooie locatie super dichtbij het centrum en een appartement waar alles was wat we nodig hadden.

Très bon séjour dans cette superbe maison ! Fidèle aux photos, cette maison est parfaite pour passer un moment en famille au calme en profitant de la piscine et des environs.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Ypres. The location is so central you may as well have booked the Cloth Hall and the actual property itself is breathtaking. It is also extremely secure and private so we had no worries about the security of our motorcycles. The property was immaculate on arrival with everything clearly explained and demonstrated before we settled in. Finally the hosts, Carmen and Francis were fantastic. Extremely responsive and very very friendly, even helping us with language difficulties when trying to fix one of the parties bikes. All in all, if you’re lucky enough to find this place available then don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Nous avons passez un week-end avec un groupe de 8 adultes et 7 enfants. Nous avons trouvé une belle maison propre, accueillante, chaleureuse et avec un beau jardin dans lequel les enfants ont eu plaisir de jouer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants en bas âge avec des chaises hautes et des lits parapluie. Le jacuzzi a été fort apprécié par tout le monde :) Il y a des instructions claires dans toutes la maison. En bref, un super séjour de 2 jours. Dommage qu'on ne soit resté qu'un week-end !

Location très agréable et bien équipé. seul bémol au regard du tarif c'est dommage de surfacturer pour les draps et linge de toilette.

Super freundlicher Empfang und gute Restaurant Tipps. Herrlich ruhige Nachbarschaft und Privatheit. Gute Sonos Anlage und Smart TV. Betten super bequem und sauber. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin war hervorragend und wertschätzend. Zum Empfang lag Champagner im Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder ♡
