Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Antoine, Marseille

The villa was lovely and very comfortable for our group of six. It was an easy walk from the villa to the harbor. Our host greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were comfortable. He responded quickly to our questions. We were fortunate to find such a wonderful place to spend a few days in Cassis.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Clarisse's place. I didn't know Marseille before going, so thought it looked a bit further out on the map, but it was actually near enough to walk everywhere and great being in a residential area - quieter than being in the old port area, and near to amenities like a boulangerie, supermarkets and Perier metro. We could easily walk to vibrant bustling places like Cours Julien and Noailles in less than half an hour as well. It made such a difference having a beautiful balcony for our breakfasts, and AC to cool things down a bit. Olivier greeted us with the key and also was very responsive throughout. Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. Brilliant option for Marseille.

The place was spotless, as described, and ideally located. The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was as pictured, nothing fancy but has everything you need. Best one I could find for the price with parking & an outdoor seating area. Easy walking distance to the port and host was responsive and accomodating of our late arrival.

Great place to stay. The location of the house was very good, it was very easy to get to Vieux Port. The house was very clean and tidy. He met my expectations, thank you.

Beautiful apartment with all comforts, even a nice little cool terrace, thoughtful host, everything was perfect. The simple and flexible key collection and return procedures are appreciated. Just note that if you are sensitive to noise, the place can be really very lively some evenings!

The house had a beautifully designed interior, and everything was well provisioned. It was very calming inside. I loved the tall windows and how the kitchen opens up to the garden. We slept very well – the neighborhood was quiet and is very safe. Best of all, the beach is a 10 minute walk away from the house. We enjoyed strolling along the boardwalk from the house. It's all very walkable. Clement was a super generous host as well!

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. Thank you so much for your support!

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything you need is available and just as described. In the garden, the traffic from the road was clearly audible but not really disturbing. It's a wonderful retreat from which we were able to explore the surrounding area. The communication was also very friendly and attentive.

What a great base camp in the middle of so much to do!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Very nice apartment. very appreciable to have a private place for the car. and to be able to do everything on foot. It went very well. Very pleasant exchange with the owner.

We had a very nice week at Virginia's. The accommodation is perfect for 3 adults, as described, the building is well secured. Communication with Virginia is easy. I recommend it without a problem. Don't miss out on Jaime's pizza!

We stayed with our two children aged 4 and 6 on the 1st floor of the house and it was a real delight! Access to the sea in 10 seconds, on a huge beautiful and very family beach, comfortable house with continuous sea view, floor redone with originality and very pleasant taste to live, and a super friendly and available helpful host! Definitely recommend!
