Access to the A10 highway in 10 minutes. Decreasing rate depending on duration.

Cozy Studio Between the Vineyards

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

This accommodation is a few dozen meters from the city center. Ideal for walking to get croissants for breakfast. Close to the A10, it will allow you to drop off your things for a visit to North Gironde and South Charente-Maritime. Indeed you are 15 minutes from the citadel of Blaye, 15 minutes from the golf of Montendre, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 50 minutes from Royan, 50 minutes from Cognac, 1 hour from Angoulême and 1 hour 30 minutes from the island of Oléron.

Our cottage is located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye wine region. The fully equipped house has many advantages (outdoor space, Jacuzzi, terrace, bar area with barbecue...) The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.

Located 25 minutes from the CNPE and 1 km from the city center of Blaye (with its UNESCO World Heritage citadel) and all its amenities: bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press... Market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. The Leclerc and Lidl shopping area is 1 km away. Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior design, suitable for both short stays and long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a person you love or walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard)...
