This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! It is level on the edge of the swimming pool which you can enjoy from June to September or even October depending on the weather (not heated). Alone, as a couple or even with 2 children, we will be happy to host you in this small cottage which was a former bread oven on the edge of the Dordogne towpath. It is in the style of our Purple Perigord with its bricous and old stones. In a quiet and peaceful secluded location, you will still be close enough to visit the famous bastides and castles of Dordogne but also Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde and halfway to SARLAT and Saint-Émilion.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
