Frédérique's apartment is very nice, lovingly furnished and well equipped. You can reach the beautiful beaches in a few minutes and supermarkets and bakeries are also very close. Frédérique is very helpful and the communication was straightforward and worked great. We can recommend the house and would book it again ourselves.

Our stay in Fréjus went very well thanks to Laure's accommodation. Everything is functional and very well furnished. Laure's flexibility is a real plus, both on schedules and animal acceptance. we recommend it! thank you again

Perfect stay in this ideally located and very quiet house. The private residence where the house is located was, in May, very quiet. Perfect view, no opposite, the noise of the railway is very attenuated by the distance and is absolutely not disturbing. The beach is within walking distance but it's worth pushing a little further to avoid being glued to the coastal road that squeezes it up close. In short, we had a lovely time and will be back with pleasure.

Excellent location with amazing views. Alena was very quick to reply and help us a lot. It was a pleasure to spend four days in such a beautiful villa. Clean, quiet and lovely. Love the amazing pool so so much. Would choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Christine's house is located at the top of one of the hills of St. Aygulf with a wonderful view of the bay of St. Raphael to Cap Dramont. Since there are no other houses above and the street is a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet there. It is often quite windy, but the house offers many opportunities to retreat and relax in the many seating areas around the house, both inside and outside. The large pool with a wide view of the sea is also an inviting place to relax. There is a garage with a washing machine, etc., but we did not use it. The 3 bedrooms are great, the bathrooms are partly quite narrow and old fashioned. Not everything works perfectly (sliding doors, sun blind over the outdoor kitchen), but that did not bother us. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers everything you need, including a pantry. We felt very comfortable there with 6 people and will gladly come back if we get the chance.

Pascal is a wonderful super friendly host who you could better not ask for. The outdoor area of the apartment is particularly noteworthy and modern, spacious and beautifully made. Looks very new.

The apartment is very quiet and safe. It was very clean and well equipped. In short: tip top!!! We did everything on foot. Auchan is also less than 10 minutes away. Around the corner there are baguettes & croissants at a Franprix, which surprised me with its offer. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach. Le vieux Frejus has a lot of charm and a number of restaurants. We felt very comfortable and did a lot of things in the area with the motorcycle. The Gorges du Verdun were nice (but in my opinion overrated), the way there with the landscape and 100s of curves spectacular. The Esterel Massif has really done it!

The space is as shown in the photos and well-equipped. We just missed an armchair;) The paths to the water and shopping are just around the corner. The surrounding area is very quiet and our VW bus was able to park perfectly next to the property. However, the bunk bed is more for smaller children.

Marie Laure and Daniel are two caring people and full of kindness yes .... The apartment is really good, close to everything, Fréjus is a sublime city ... it's quiet, there's a creek just downstairs. They are great hosts, yes the best during my many trips... Don't hesitate to stay at their home.

The studio is very small and therefore cozy, which should be considered when booking. There is no bed but a sofa bed. To get more space, you have to fold it back up. The apartment is totally beautifully furnished and very clean. From the balcony you have a view of the sea, which we liked very much. A private parking space is also available, very convenient. The hosts were super accessible, helpful and very friendly, we are thrilled.

Super apartment for 2-3 people, equipped with everything necessary, nice balcony, great view of the sea. Street noise from the shore road did not bother us. Very easy to reach. Good starting point in all directions. Car needed. Great contact with the very friendly landlady. Overall great stay

Katie’s place is INCREDIBLE. It needs to be in a magazine. It is like a vintage lovers dream house. The location was great and easy to get around. This will forever be one of my favorite stays!!

We stayed at Carole's place for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. Communication was great and the location is quiet. You can get to the beaches quickly by car and take great day trips to Cannes, St. Tropez, etc.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.
