Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

Had a wonderful stay at Amaury’s condo. We felt very safe and were right in the middle of the Grand Case strip. So many restaurants options all walking distance and 30 seconds to the beach. The condo is on the smaller side but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings and small snacks. We rented a car to get around the island we realized after 2 days taxis were way too expensive to go to and from the Dutch side and grand case. We are a younger couple and found Grand case more quiet and most restaurants were pretty fancy so we went to the Dutch side some evenings.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique ! L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre de Marigot, ce qui est très pratique et nous avons été bien accueillis :)

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Orient Bay, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The decor was tasteful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance made for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. From my initial inquiries to any questions I had during my visit, they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Le logement de Pascal est un vrai paradis. Cette maison est tournée vers l’extérieure et répond parfaitement à nos attentes. Encore plus belle qu’en photos. Tout était parfait de l’accueil au départ, je ne peux que recommander vivement. Nous reviendrons vite!

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

Wonderful beach house, superbly presented. Ideal location walking distance to the shops, cafes, restuarants and the beach. We loved it so much, we were sad to leave at the end of the week. It has everything you ever want in a holiday house. I have stayed in many airbnb and this is by far the best I have ever experienced. We would definately stay here again!

Stéphane est un hôte formidable, réactif et disponible. La maison est un petit coin de paradis avec une vue sur Saint-Barth époustouflante. La piscine est un rêve. Toutes les chambres sont confortables et offrent une vue. Nous y étions avec nos 3 grands enfants et nos parents, tout le monde était ravi. Il y a des petits commerces à proximité qui sont super pratiques dont 2 restaurants recommandés par Stéphane à distance de marche. Nous avons découvert l'île (tout est près) et nous étions toujours heureux de revenir à la maison. Merci merci !

Super séjour pour nous. Le logement est propre et bien situé. La piscine et la plage privée à proximité sont un plus. Hôte très agréable et disponible à n’importe quel moment, il nous a aidé à faire monter nos bagages. Petit plus : étant avec un bébé, il nous a chercher un berceau. Je recommanderais à mon entourage et je reviendrai volontiers.

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

Un séjour très paisible dans ce bel endroit ! Grégoire est très sympathique même si je ne l’ai pas croisé longtemps comme je suis arrivée plus tard que prévu. Il a pu me recommander des endroits à voir sur l’île. Le logement est fidèle à l’annonce, la vue est super et tranquille, et j’ai apprécié pouvoir garer ma voiture dans sa cour. La plage d’orient bay est à 10min en voiture et si vous souhaitez aller à Philipsburg c’est aussi une quinzaine de minute. Pour un séjour paisible n’hésitez pas !!

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.
