Beautiful!! The house as well as the outdoor space were perfectly adapted to our needs as we travel with our two shepherd dogs. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults. The photos and description are as promised. The host is friendly and quick to answer our questions. Access to the river and proximity to walking trails are a plus!! We highly recommend:)

My work colleague and I stayed at Line's place for 3 nights for business. The place felt like home right from the beginning. The place was perfect for our needs, even though we didn't use all the amenities that were available to us, as we only had the evenings free. Downtown Quebec City was amazing... very historic and majestic. I only wish we had more time in the day to be able to enjoy the heated swimming pool and go on a hiking trail along the river which runs directly behind their house! Maybe we'll have that opportunity at another time... Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Hubert’s home! It was cozy and the view was so nice and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/eating. The beds were cozy and enough seating space to have some new friends over. Everything we needed was at most a 7 minute drive away - good restaurant options, cafes and grocery stores. We look forward to coming back again! (Bonus: the neighbors were so nice!)

Beautiful apartment in St-Ferdinand! Very clean and welcoming, Joel and Mary were very accessible throughout our stay. Access to the lake, boats and the small fire pit at the end of the dock were perfect. Definitely recommended!

The place was very homey, spatious with a great view and a lot of amenities especially in the kitchen. A lot of towels were provided and the place was overall very good and comfortable. The place was stunning! Looked exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious! We didn’t have any issues apart from the door lock (not all buttons would light up so it was a challenge to put the code in) and the room downstairs didn’t get much of the AC. Otherwise the location is perfect to explore Quebec City & local hiking trails. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing stay thanks to serge and his charming, convenient property. Everything is close by, including the must see spots in town and a great selection of restaurants. We didn’t use the car park pass, but having one clearly is valuable. We also got great recommendations from serge which proved handy. The place is exactly as described and felt warm and cozy for our needs. All in all, a great find and we would heartily recommend the place for all, including families with teenagers and small children.

Marc is a wonderful host and very friendly. He gave suggestions of things to do/restaurants to try. The accommodations were as described and central to amenities such as a grocery store. Merci beaucoup Marc for hosting us!

Loved our stay here! The apartment looks just like the photos, is clean and in a very walkable location. North was very friendly and responsive too. We would definitely stay here again!

For the place for a three nights stay, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and cozy ambient, with modern furniture and everything we need for our stay. The two bedroom are spacious, and the kitchen is will equipped. The living room with dining table is a highlight, with a corner officer and a reading corner, full of books and Japanese sports car books and magazines - of you're into JDM cars or their North American counterparts, it's a joy to check it out. Well worth the money spent.
