Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Charmante longère aux portes de Nevers et Magny-Cours tout en étant dans un joli village de campagne. De part sa proximité de l'autoroute (5km), vous pourrez joindre rapidement Pouilly sur Loire et Sancerre pour de belles visites de caves, ainsi que Nevers. Idéale pour des rassemblements familiaux, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine ( non chauffée) , de belles balades en forêt, d'un terrain multisports La maison est au coeur du village, les groupes bruyants ou fêtes sont strictement interdits.

You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.
