The house is an old Creole hut renovated 140m2 including 30 m2 of veranda , very pleasant to live which opens onto a large enclosed garden (835m2), which itself opens onto the pebble beach, the living room with American kitchen is about 40 m2,the kitchen is new , equipped (with dishwasher, induction hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave) there is a large veranda which opens onto the garden . The blue pool is less than a mile away, the shops are right across the street.
