"Traditional Cornish Cottage, Cosy and Homely"

ElizabethRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A lovely cornish cottage with great garden for our dog & very convenient parking right outside thd front door which is good for the price. A good & handy welcome guide. We walked to Charlestown which only takes 15 minutes & is beautiful, had a coffee & really nice stroll, beach & harbor walk. We drove to Mevagissey which only takes 20 minutes, enjoyed the atmosphere, shops & a pasty here. The only downside was couldn't find anywhere nice right where we were like a cafe. Busy traffic but quieter at night. Only tip for cottage would be curtains for room our daughter stayed in for coziness & block light out more & a curtain to go accross front door for the same reasons. Other than that its a spacious, pretty & clean cottage, checking in and out was simple. Thank you.

The Conifers Small S. Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

CarolineRating, 5 stars5 days ago
I stayed at the Conifers on my own for the weekend to meet some friends and walk a bit of the coast path. It was compact but well equipped and very comfortable. I really appreciated the snacks and milk, butter etc left by the host. Par nature reserve opposite is very pretty and the train station and shop are within walking distance. The coast path was also easy to get to and I highly recommend the walk to Fowey - one of the best sections I’ve done so far.

Gorgeous riverside apartment in Fowey

MathewRating, 5 starstoday
A wonderful bolthole in an idyllic setting, with everything that you need close to hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Tracy was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful in her communications with us. All amenities were within easy reach and we didn't use our car during our three days in Fowey. We had a very tranquil and relaxing break and hope to be back again.

Stonemasons cottage

KerryRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Great spot, walking distance to 2 pubs unfortunately neither does meals at the moment but takeaways also close and good (Indian and Slappys) pub was happy for us to take food there. Aldi and laundrette close by. Best Cornish pasties at Pearce's butcher just across the road, also has good cheese. Walked to Charlestown and did a walking tour, very informative. Eden project and Wheal Martyn clay museum close by...both worth a visit. Donna was great with a fantastic sense of humour, Mark was away so didn't get to meet him. Lovely outdoor area to sit in the sun. nice to see the vegie garden. Had no trouble finding a parking spot close by. Instructions for finding the place were perfect. Bed was very comfortable and not too fat pillows. All we needed for our 4 night stay. Thank you

"Freda's Treasure" Abi's Room.

MikeRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a really nice overnight stay with Laura. She was friendly and helpful and our room and the adjacent bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy and the room was very well appointed, with items for a light breakfast. These included tea, coffee, bread, jam and marmalade, fresh fruit, cereals and a small fridge containing milk, butter and yoghurts. These were much appreciated. Excellent value, and we will be back. Many thanks.
