Hi everyone! Welcome to my home located in Sommerécourt in Haute-Marne, a small village bordering the Vosges. Fully renovated house for short or long stays. Away from the village, the house gives you access to a nice walk or bike ride. We are 10 minutes from the A31 motorway exit. Perfect for a restful night before hitting the road again. The house can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation has been classified as furnished tourist accommodation since January 2025.

You will find the warmth of a good wood fire in winter and the coolness in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. It is located in a very small village where you can discover an ancient medieval fortress, a dedicated museum, an enchanting estate made of rockery creation.(Lavaux). Do you want to relax and enjoy nature? Come and recharge your batteries in our cottage which adjoins the Ecuries de la Roche. We look forward to hosting you in our farmhouse renovated in 2019. The sound of hooves will punctuate your stay, and you can stroll through the 7 hectares adjacent to our farm. To end the day why not a small quiet meal on the terrace... Your pets, dog, cat... are of course welcome! (if sociable) €5 extra.

You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with a location. 5 minute walk there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.
