Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

In a park, benefits from a large terrace, hence its name, a green environment and access to the pool (shared with the owner and tenants of the cottage "La Ferme des Hauts). The Terrace was classified on 18/12/2018 "furnished 3-star tourism" by Gites de France de Saône et Loire, an organisation approved within the meaning of Article L324-1 of the Tourism Code.
