Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Idéal pour un couple et un enfant ou un autre adulte (canapé-lit). Amateur de marchés de pays, randos à pied, vtt, cheval, pêche et cueillette de champignons. Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Winter: skis, snowshoes. 18 km from Lioran ski resort (if the road is cleared of snow). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves, nearby shops, hotels, restaurants, grocery store, bakery.

The cottage is on the ground floor and consists of a large bedroom, a large living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
