The name, “Le Viron”, means a short stroll. This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Détendez-vous dans ce lieu calme, où le charme pittoresque rencontre le confort moderne, dans notre ancien pressoir transformé en studio douillet, attenant à la maison, terrasse et parking privés, offrant une vue sur le jardin et les montagnes. Equipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour agréable. Prêt de vélos et de cannes à pêche. Produits frais de saison sur place. Services bien-être. L'étang d'Arçon à 5 min à pied. Nous avons hâte de vous accueillir.

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

A 1H 30 des Portes de Lyon, à 1H 30 de Clermont Ferrand, à 1H 15 de St Etienne. Sur la Via Santa Martini. -Je ne fourni pas les draps, sauf pour les pèlerins Santa Martini. 6 couchages + 1 bébé, Cuisine équipée , Wifi Terrain clos 1400m2 Chiens admis sauf dans les chambres. De 01/10 à 01/05 +13€/nuit en raison du chauffage : 2 pompes à chaleur+radiateurs+cheminée bois. Pendant les fêtes et les vacances, je ne loue pas pour une seule nuit .
