This guest room is ideally located for exploring the north coast of Brittany. 2 km from the sea and shops, on a quiet street. Located on the second floor of a house reserved for 2 guest rooms, it includes a double bed, a kettle with courtesy tray, Wi-Fi access. Bathroom, toilet, reading area and balcony shared between the two bedrooms. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the weather. Free parking on site.

The room offers easy access to downtown Quintin. Close to all amenities. You will be staying in the former Quintin presbytery and will have your own private space. Guests can take advantage of the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool in operation during the season (from April to the end of September). A billiard room may also be available to you. It is equipped with 1 king size water bed, parabola TV and a wardrobe. The second is accessed through a hallway and has a 140X200 bed and closet. Supplement of €25 per traveler for a 3 rd and 4 th person Breakfast included.

Dinan, Dinard, St Malo are 1/2h away.

the bedroom I offer you is on the second floor of my main house, under the attic (old furnished attic) , with a double bed and a single bed, and you can have the bathroom with toilet and shower (not shared by the rest of the house) on the second floor too. I can also offer you breakfast and you can also take advantage of my kitchen on request to make you eat.
