A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cevennes, super quiet, decorated with great taste and well equipped. With extra pool and beautiful pétanque track... And hosts available, responsive and very friendly!

What a beautiful garden! And the pool was very popular, in these beautiful days. The whole is atypical: the bedrooms (2 out of 3 are equipped with bathroom and toilet), the living room, the kitchen-dining room are in three different places (but very close to each other). It is therefore not a house, strictly speaking, but a set of places, all extremely pleasant. If I had to find a fault: one of the three bedrooms, intended for children, does not have a bathroom. It may bother some, but not us. Another nice point: a petanque court, and many small details that show that the hosts pay great attention to the visitors.

A perfect stay on every level! The accommodation was perfect: impeccably clean, super functional, with all the comforts you need. Special mention for the hot tub, a real plus to relax. It feels like home, or even better! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We had a great time in this beautiful villa. It has all the necessary equipment. Thanks to the air conditioning, the interior of the house (including the bedrooms) stays cool so it's very pleasant for sleeping. Nice terrace with a pool. Photos match reality. Justine hosted us very well. She was responsive by message during the stay when we had any questions. We recommend this house.

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

Functional accommodation, quiet in the countryside but not far from everything. No neighbors, Frédéric is very responsive. Thank you for your hospitality, we'll keep the address!

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

We had a great stay at the magnanerie du Monteil. The place is quiet and charming. We were able to benefit from Lydie's many tips on activities (hiking, canoeing, swimming in rivers, visiting charming villages, lunch in good restaurants). A perfect stay!

The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

We were 4 for a sewing weekend proposed by our association, an unusual holiday theme! From the reservation until the end of the stay, Agathe was attentive to our specific needs, she guided us to restaurants and possible outings, always responsive and pleasant. The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and well thought out in terms of features. The two outdoor spaces are very nice, well furnished and beautifully flowered and planted, one for the morning and the other for the evening, with a view of the Cevennes! And of course the small pool made us happy during the breaks! Another point: the neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. We will only keep good memories of this weekend at Agathe's, and will return with great pleasure!

We spent wonderful days in this great house. The medieval charm combined with stylish furnishings, the spacious roof terrace with great views (including the sunset) and the absolutely central location of the house are stunning. The reception was very friendly, everything went smoothly and uncomplicated - we'll be happy to come back.

We had a great time in a charming setting. The host is very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was impeccable, and we were touched by all the little touches: a nice bouquet of freshly picked flowers, as well as some sweets to snack on that really made us happy. We came with our 2-year-old daughter, and everything had been thought of for her: cot, games, books... A great experience that we would highly recommend. Thank you again so much for your welcome!
