Johnathan is a very responsive host His property is very near to Zermatt main station. He shared a very clear instructions (with PDF) on how to get to his property which is very helpful. His property sit right at a very strategic spot where you can: 1. Go to famous Zermatt Matterhorn ViewPoint (10 min walk) 2. 3min walk to main train station (near to MacD, Restaurant, Town Entrance and Supermarket also) Notes for those who carry heavy luggages and going to this property: If you are using Google Map, it will show you 2 path, pick the left one (away from town) so that you won't need to cross the railway. And also, you need to walk up or down 1 level (5-6 steps) to take lift Overall, it's a great experience to us!

Great location on a very nice site! Comfortable and neat accommodation with all the necessities. Arnaud and Florine are welcoming and discreet. The stay is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet mountain vacation. Very clean apartment equipped with everything you need, great location from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding peaks. also great availability of the host, who provided us with every indication to easily find the house. If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

the house is immersed in an enchanting landscape, surrounded by the mountains and in front of the Lozon pond. The nature around is beautiful, perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and walks. Our dog also appreciated it. The house is equipped with everything and, if needed, it warms up well and quickly. Mr. Lucio welcomed us with courtesy and also showed us a great restaurant in the area. Thank you for everything. Everything perfect, the accommodation is like the photographs, everything super tidy and a very warm atmosphere! Federico was very attentive to us and answered some questions we raised. The area is very quiet and perfect if you are looking for a place a little isolated from the movement of Aosta but well located to move along the valley. We would repeat!

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

We were guests for the Ferragosto holiday, what can I say... it was regenerating. After a swim in the pool, dining on the terrace was wonderful. Alberta and Beppe are great hosts. Highly recommended!

Wow – what an incredible stay! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Rossella is an outstanding host – warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive at all times of the day. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was spotless and so comfortable – even better than the photos! There were so many lovely personal touches that made it feel really special. The hamper of Italian snacks and wine was such a thoughtful and generous surprise – we felt instantly at home. The location is also super convenient, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
