Entre ville et campagne, petite maison de 40 m², attenante à la mienne, avec son petit jardin. Entrée indépendante, parking dans ma cour. Climatisation. Petit déjeuner sur place (café, thé, lait, jus de fruits, beurre, confitures maison, pain le 1er jour) Equipement bébé (lit, chaise, baignoire). Le canapé bz est un couchage d'appoint. Un petit air de campagne à 3 km du centre historique de Montauban, 2 km de la gare, 1,5 km du Canal. Voir information quartier. Réduction de 20% à la semaine.

Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.
