Holiday rentals with a kayak in Saint Croix River

I loved our time at Bobby's cabin on Pokegama Lake. It came fully stocked and was very peaceful with all the amenities we could have asked for. Only areas of improvement I could suggest would be the furniture in unit 3's living room could use updated the couch is a bit broken down and doesn't have power in order to recline the seats. Outside of that it was a great place. Lots of room and the hot tub was amazing 👍 Thanks for opening your home to my family Bobby. Best wishes

I spent the weekend at their cabin and really enjoyed the stay. Did some cooking in their kitchen and they had every kitchen utensil I needed to make a quality 3 course meal. Would definitely stay again.

This was a home away from home with all the amenities we needed & then some. Reisa was a very attentive host. We are hoping to stay again at the end of summer when we visit again. The massage chair was definitely a bonus! Didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but for sure at our next visit.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

Beautiful location on a lake, great views, house was very clean, inviting and felt like home. Owner is responsive and friendly. If you are looking for a retreat in the Northwoods this is the place! I will be booking again very soon.

So much better than a hotel - my family put together a puzzle, had a fire by the lake, played games with laughter and privacy, Grampa took a nap on the screen porch, money saved by cooking and had fun doing it in a kitchen ready for anything! Everything we needed was there and more- plus labels made even light switches clear at first glance! The best comment was - "I could stay here a week!" - and the photos will be memory keepers of birds in the trees and deer across the lake and mostly my family caring for one another.

We had a wonderful stay! I was traveling with my 5-year-old and 3-year-old, and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for a family getaway. The kids loved spending time by the lake, playing with the extra toys and games on the property, and especially making s’mores by the fire at night. It was the kind of stay where you truly make lasting memories together. A special shoutout to Daniela. She was fantastic. Super attentive, quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Her personal touch made the whole experience even better. The house was super clean, exactly as described. Peaceful, quiet area. The beach areas were very nice and we had them to ourselves basically. The golf course was great and the PAR3 course was great for the kids to try. Caught tons of fish straight from the shore, the club house is walkable, overall it was great, would highly recommend.

Fantastic meet in the middle location for an annual cousins weekend! Love having 4 separate sleeping arrangements, 2 bathrooms, fantastic kitchen and coffee bar! Not to mention the spacious dining room table for meals and playing games. Spacious upper-level deck with the cozy and easy gas fire pit! Paver steps to the lake with another beautiful landing and wood fire pit! Good restaurants, shopping and winery with live music all so close make it so simple to enjoy a little of everything. Fantastic, responsive, and helpful host just minutes away with messages on the app. Can't wait to repeat our visit. We felt at home and LOVED our stay at the cottage on Lake Wissota. Thank you!

Exactly what we were looking for. A perfect place for a weekend spent making memories. Coffee on the deck in the morning and a campfire at night. Very comfortable and welcoming.

We enjoyed our Minimoon here. Was great. Nothing bad to say, other than we clearly didn’t thoroughly read the posting because we were shocked that it was a guest house! Our fault. But anyway, very clean and nice! Would for sure recommend.

As soon as you walk in the door you feel like you are home! The dam keepers cottage is a hidden gem for Eau Claire, listening to the water going over the dam was peaceful and relaxing, the cottage is a one of a kind very eclectic decor you see something different all the time. We were there 12 days and each day I saw something I hadn't seen before. Lots of books on the area to glance thru! Loved the cottage and will be returning on one of our next visits!!

Very nice clean place. We went for a relaxing weekend away and that is what we got. Things to go do that are not far, but a distance that allows your time at house to be peaceful. Bethany was great at giving the details needed and quick to respond. Thank you for allowing us to stay and relax

Wow! This was my first Airbnb stay and Keriann set the bar high. She thought of every amenity a guest might need, and then thought of more. The cottage offered a quiet place to stay with a beautiful lakeside view. We enjoyed listening to the resident eagles chattering from their nearby nest and watching them soar to find their next meal. The two-level deck is huge and offered a wonderful space for us to gather. Everything inside the home was labeled, so we could easily find anything we were looking for. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home and there was an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. Our only regret was booking 2 nights instead of many more. Keriann was so kind and so responsive to help us secure our last minute reservation. She is a gem of a host. Her commitment to provide the highest level of hospitality at her property is unmatched. We can’t wait to book our next visit to Eagle Crest Cottage!

Our stay at the Liten Stuga was wonderful! Angela thought of everything to make the cabin inviting and comfortable. We are sincerely hoping to return.

Echo Point was exceptional! Beautiful location right on the lake, well-appointed, charmingly decorated, very comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well-furnished from wine glasses to cooking pans to tools and spices. It was a wonderful spot for family from out of town to get together for a holiday weekend. Robb and John were outstanding hosts, super friendly and communicative. We will stay again when we're in the area.

This was our 5th year of staying at Castaway in the spring. Love the area and the quiet peaceful lake. There are lots of golf courses and antique shops. There are plenty of local restaurants within a few miles. Vicky and John are very quick to respond for any needs or questions. It is a rare thing these days to receive the customer service and experience they give.

Carol’s place was perfect for our weekend stay while in Siren for a hockey tournament. Incredibly clean, private, peaceful, and perfectly laid out. She was a great host and made sure all our q’s were answered throughout our stay. Highly recommend anyone stay @ Carol’s cabin!

Beautiful cabin and location, so homey! Katie thought of everything and there were so many things provided! We were able to catch big sunfish from the dock (released!) We loved the kayaks and paddle boat, it was too chilly to swim. The grounds were beautiful and the view from the deck was breathtaking! We made treasured family memories! Thank you, highly recommended!
