Lovely little gite in the most stunning area at the foot of the castle and overlooking a walnut orchard. Close to many towns and areas of outstanding beauty and interest such as La Roque-Gageac and the ancient fort, Gran Roc with its incredible caves and Salat. Very peaceful place to stay with a delightful bistro 5 minutes walk and walking distance to the river and beach/canoe hire

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

If you are looking for a big beautiful house for a family holiday, look no further! This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, located in a quiet countryside but only ten minute drive to a big supermarket. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and playing boules. Photos don’t do the house justice. It exceeded our expectations. Would recommend staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lise was very responsive in her communication. We drove through the night to get to the house and Lise kindly offered us a one off earlier check in, which we were grateful for.

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

We had a wonderful stay in Thierry and Brigitte's small house, which is perfectly located and quiet. Being a family with 2 small children we particularly appreciated all the equipment available: bath, changing table, high chair, real bed and lots of toys. We'll be happy to go back.

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. Treat yourself to staying at Frédérique’s home. She and Martine did everything they could possibly do to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We loved walking the hills and taking in the incredible views from this beautiful village. The restaurant La Petite Tourelle was a 2 minute walk down and a lovely dining experience. Don’t miss it! Beynac was a great spot from which to visit other quaint small villages by car and also Lascaux IV was a 45 minute drive away. We felt very at home during our stay! Thank you Frédérique and Martine!

Kti’s place was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe’s, shops and the river. Kti met us when we arrived and explained all we needed to know about the apartment. Kti was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location for exploring Bergerac. Beautiful apartment with all of the comforts and conveniences you would expect. The hot tub is a real bonus.

Very nice place, nice host and available for guests. The only downside we had was perhaps the lack of outlets in the accommodation. We didn't think of it, but we should have asked for an extension cord or a double socket.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet; ideal for resting, even for a single night. The welcome by the owners was very friendly and having a cold beer in the refrigerator when we arrived was a nice little extra.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

The crunchy is ideally located, close to the old town and quiet. Sandrine was very responsive when we had questions. The accommodation is great, clean, and you feel good there.

We had a very good stay, in a very well-appointed apartment, very clean, quiet and at the same time close to the center we wanted to visit. A warm welcome.

Maggie has a well-equipped apartment, everything we needed was present up to and including an ironing board and iron. Apartment remains pleasantly cool at outside temperatures of around 30 degrees. The terrace has comfortable armchairs with footstools and a dining table with 4 chairs. During the day, there is a lot of traffic on the road that runs past the terrace and garden. Fortunately, there is little traffic noise in the evening. We could park our car on the premises and with 10 minutes walk you can reach Sarlat, as well as the Carfour market. Sarlat itself is beautiful but on a market day too busy for our taste. In the evening, it is a pleasant town for a bite and a drink.

Accommodation with exceptional views and a very good location. Well equipped. Very complete. Julie is cordial, quick response to questions or requests. We had a great time.

My wife and I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Louise as host and our accommodations during our visit to Le Bugue. Louise went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was responsive and proactive in communicating with us leading up to our visit. The accommodations themselves and the setting is a magical experience and we cannot recommend them enough.

We had a lovely stay at Corinne's place: the pool, the edge of the woods and the view were very peaceful and relaxing. Corinne is very welcoming and warm We highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.
