The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need (condiments, towels, sheets). Thank you for everything.

It was just as advertised except for the fact that we didn’t really feel that safe coming home at night cause there were homeless people yelling at us if we wanted to come in. Everything else was great

I stayed at this Airbnb from Thursday, June 5 to Sunday, June 8. The accommodation was very clean, quiet and perfectly equipped. Bed linen and towels were provided, and the cleanliness was really impeccable. It immediately feels like home. I will not hesitate to keep in touch and recommend this address to those around me. the accommodation is completely in accordance with the description and photos: very pleasant, spacious and clean. strong point: very well located in relation to the Zenith and Arena (between 20 and 30 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes by car. We loved our beautiful apartment in Orleans. Bruno and Maxime were attentive hosts. The apartment was on the second floor of an old building with classical features: herringbone wood floors, marble fireplace and floor to ceiling French doors providing great sunlight. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in a modern style. The location on a quiet street was ideal for visiting the main historic attractions, and restaurants of Orleans, and walking distance to the train station for day trips to the amazing chateaux of the Loire Valley.

Great Apartment in a great location with everything you need for short or longer stays. Helpful hosts and great communications. The only downside of this apartment is the thin windows and loud pedestrian streets at night.

Beautiful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were in transit and decided to spend two days in Orleans. The space has no air conditioning, so with 30+ degrees it was quite warm at night. Furthermore, there was a neat baby bed, chair and the space was clean. we are very satisfied with the stay

Had a very good night, it was a wonderful experience

We were randomly looking for a place to stay for one night during a long car travel and stumbled upon Mathieu's Appartment. The only disappointing thing was, the we could only stay for such a short amount of time. The giant massage bathtub was the selling point for us, it was such a great, relaxing thing to have. As well at the secluded and calm area. It is in the middle of nature and you hear only frogs and crickets outside. The whole place looked new and made with effort, we felt right at home. There is a fully equiped kitchen with all you need. Mathieu was very kind and answered all of our questions. He even send a video to make check-in easier. We would definitely book again!
