My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

500 m from the metro line 7 direct historic center PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), you will be in 20 minutes in the center of PARIS. 19mn by taxi from ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE airport. Charming 1920 house of 40 m2 completely renovated by an architect. Very quiet and suburban neighborhood, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.

7 min walk to the metro ST Denis-université, line 13, small single-storey house of 50 m2 with a terrace with outdoor tables and a garden with trees. I offer 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, a dressing room and a desk, plus a 90 cm mezzanine bed above one of the beds. There is a living room with TV with a corner sofa convertible into a double bed, a kitchen equipped with a high bar table, a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.)
