Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

The house is an ideal base for exploring the region. The beaches with the chalk cliffs, the charming Veules-les-Roses or the harbor town of Saint-Valery-en-Caux where you can buy fresh fish. In the wider area, you can visit Etretat, Varengeville, Rouen, Le Havre...
