Chers futurs invités(es), Bienvenue dans notre superbe appartement duplex ! Veuillez noter que c'était auparavant notre maison. Moi-même et Simba avons vécu ici heureux pendant un certain temps et tout a été fait sur mesure, selon mes goûts (app 1er étage) Niché à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes de la gare, cet hébergement vous offrira je l'espère une expérience remarquable pour ceux qui recherchent confort, style et commodité. Charmante maisonnette indépendante de 21 m², idéale pour 2 personnes. Située à 2 km du centre-ville, 3 km de la gare et 20 min du Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, elle est parfaite pour un séjour cosy. Entièrement rénovée, elle offre une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipé (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière) et espace nuit/salon (BZ avec matelas de qualité, TV, penderie). Salle de bain moderne avec douche et WC. Calme et pratique, idéale pour séjour professionnel ou escapade détente.

Sauvignon Blanc

Le logement se situe à la campagne à l'entrée du bourg de Sauvigny-Les-Bois. Nous sommes à 5 min du château de Prye, 10 minutes de Nevers(8km) et 15 minutes du circuit F1 de Nevers/Magny-Cours. La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
