Charmante maisonnette indépendante de 21 m², idéale pour 2 personnes. Située à 2 km du centre-ville, 3 km de la gare et 20 min du Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, elle est parfaite pour un séjour cosy. Entièrement rénovée, elle offre une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipé (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière) et espace nuit/salon (BZ avec matelas de qualité, TV, penderie). You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.

Between traditional materials and modernity, this place will make you feel good and enjoy a well-equipped home. LA GRANGE can accommodate children from an early age. Dogs are also allowed.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
