Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a kitchen living room with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment, you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (the Moros) that runs along the property. Quiet, you can see many birds : herons, peverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with deer.

This single storey of 120m2 opens to a large living room and offers 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms including a master suite (18m2) . The bright living room gives access to a south-facing terrace and its landscaped garden.

"Ti Mein Glas" is a charming small quiet house completely renovated in 2020, it is located in Landudal 4 km from Briec and 8 km from Quimper Nord. The beaches are within 25/30 km. (Concarneau, Benodet...). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom and separate toilet. For a holiday or a night , we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 min from Quimper and 25 min from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival , the towels and kitchen linen provided. All convenience stores are 800 m from the gite. Our primary residence is on the same grounds and Leon our bulldog is part of the family.(Dogs accepted on request)

Charming fisherman's house in Menzao (standing stone) 2.5km from the beaches between Concarneau and Pont Aven, quiet... A living room with a kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a small staircase, and the possibility of a second bed in a sofa bed. 100 m² garden with terrace, partially fenced. Our little and big friends the doggies can not be welcomed.
