Very good stay in this character house (a plus for the exposed beams and floor slabs upstairs). Everything was perfect: a good geographical location (Guédelon 20 min), good value for money and a comfortable house with everything you need to enjoy as a family. The house stays cool even when it's hot outside and a very nice garden space to enjoy the beautiful days. I recommend it!

Perfect welcome! Claire is warm and offered us tours and restaurants that we had not considered and that we enjoyed a lot. Atypical and well-equipped accommodation that requires a little physical fitness, especially for access to the sleeping area at height.

All the reviews were correct. This place is extremely clean. Smells good when walking in which is much appreciated. There is no clutter. It's simple and perfect. The air condition during the summer was great to have. The washer worked well (after I searched an error code, I just had to open the water line behind it for water to flow). Sometimes the lock on street entrance door seems stuck but it's no problem. The shower is large and clean. The TV's with netflix are a nice addition. I would love to stay here again if I come back to Auxerre :)

Peaceful, soothing place accompanied by a very pleasant kindness from our hosts. The description corresponds to reality, it exceeds it as this place is surprisingly beautiful. Morality: excellent value for money. We will highly recommend it to our friends or others.

The apartment is within east walking to the heart of Sancerre, which has a number of good bars and restaurants, and wine tasting options. It is just as described with some lovely views over the vineyards. There is also ample free on street parking close by. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a couple.

Warm welcome. Only French-speaking, but the gentleman rode with me to get the car to a good parking space. Too bad the 2nd bed wasn't made. But we found bedding in the drawer. Delicious beds. slept well. And enjoyed the silence in the town and the beautiful cathedral within walking distance. Gite is halfway up the slope you have to climb when you arrive. Definitely recommended.

The flat was in a great location in the centre of Briare, but quiet. Apartment was as described and we felt at home. Excellent restaurants, Boulangerie and bars close by. Very convenient for Loire a Velo. The hostess was great and even dropped off a fan, as it was exceptionally hot. This was very much appreciated.

beautiful apartment and value for money... you can hardly find better... Stairs a little steep to go up to the bedroom upstairs, not recommended for the elderly. Finally, a small downside, which will not impoverish, is to provide a bath towel! Otherwise nothing to say, I highly recommend
